California Courts Will "Rarely" Dismiss Sexual Harassment Cases Without a Trial

On December 5, 2023, a Californian court of appeal reaffirmed that courts should "rarely" dismiss sexual harassment cases prior to trial and take them out of the hands of juries. See Beltran v. Hard Rock Hotel Licensing Co., 97 Cal.App.5th 865 (2023)
